This addon will change Jump Drive Balance.
Cooldown : 200 -> 100 days
Ship weapon damage modifier : -50% -> -75%
Ship speed modifier : -50% -> -25%
Ship disengage chance modifier : -50%
Jump drive will be more useful during fleet movement, but will cause much more penalty during battles.
