1. The Cheat Edicts at Polices and Edicts as picture No.1. Or you can press F6 in game. Don’t ask me again where to find it.
该政策会出现在政策列表里，如图1，或者按F6打开列表。不要再问我政策在哪或者看不到了。
2. A friend asked me to split the edict, I was so lazy to do it.（LOL） But now I already split the edict into 4 edicts, which are Army, planet, research and resource. I think it should be easier to let you guys know the detail of the edicts. You can see the detail from picture 2 to 5.
有一个人让我把原来很长的政策分开。我一直懒得去弄。趁着现在新版本，我现在分成了4个小政策。这样更方便你们看具体效果。具体效果可以在图2-5看到。
