For Stellaris Version 2.4.1 and above.

This mod is NOT Achievement compatible.

I’m currently updating this mod to 2.4.1 and removing unneeded stuff.

This Mod makes changes to Vassals, Civics, AI and other little things that bother me.
The changes are still being tested. Work In Progress!

Fixes for Vanilla:

  • Fixed Fanatic Purifier localisation (it says ship build cost -25%, but it’s -15%).

Subjects:

  • Demand vassalization, tribute and subsidiary can now be used without being superior.
  • Vassals now must pay 5% Tax. Similar to tributes, but less.
  • AI Vassals now use “cheats”. They get 50% from what the other AI’s get. They hopefully don’t Starve to death anymore.

Civics:

  • Feudal Society can not integrate Vassals anymore.
  • Feudal Society is a start civic and cannot be changed after gamestart.
  • Feudal Society enables a Policy to control the expansion of Subjects.
  • Feudal Society enables new Policys to control the Taxes from Vassals, up to 10%.
  • Added new Starbase Upgrade Civic that adds 2 Medium Weapon Slots, 1 Large Utility Slot and +25% Hull to all Starbases.

AI:

  • Changed Cheats for Ai. It now have less visible Cheats and more Cheats that supports the confused behaviour.

Starbase:

  • Replaced the “Hyperlane Registrar” with the “System Registrar”, a building that gives ships in the system bonus to hyperdrive, disengangement chance and ship speed.
  • Replaced the “Communications Jammer” with the “Distortion Field Generator”, a building that cloaks the system from sensors like in a nebula and gives enemy ships debuff to hyperdrive, disengangement chance and ship speed.

End of Cycle:

  • Chance to get the End of Cycle Covenant is now the same as the other Covenants.
  • Increased the deadliness of the Reckoning, a little bit… have fun lul.
  • The Reckoning now creates a Shroud Manifestation when it absorbs a Planet with Pops on it.
  • The End of Cycle now should be as strong as a End Crisis.

Some Infos:

  • This Mod is not balanced for scaling AI.
  • The “Protection Racket” Tradition from Domination also works for income from Vassals.
