Fallen Empire Governments unlimited for Stellaris
This mod is based on a previous mod i made which adds the stagnant and awakened ascendancy, without any restrictions to the ethic.
This mod also adds a few effects so this type of governments also have positive and negative effects. Its not balanced but i would appreciate new ideas.
