This mod tweaks the Edict Cap that was introduced in 2.7.*.
Since I thought 1 or 2 at the start of the game was way not enough, i tweaked the Edict Cap a bit, so now everybody gets more of them.

Dictatorial and Imperial get 5 more, meaning they have an Edict Cap of 6 at the start of the game.

Everybody else gets 4 more, meaning they start with an Edict Cap of 5.

All other effects concerning the Authorities have been preserved.

The Executive Vigor Ascension Perk now gives +4 Edict Cap to really give you the possibility to play with as many edicts as you wish.

Save game compatible, and since it only tweaks two little files, probably compatible with everything that doesn’t tweak edicts/authorities.

Now get back to playing.
