Machine Consciousness Government and Planet Mod
This small mod adds the Machine Consciousness government type as a selectable government and adds a starting AI System with a custom planet.
Best used with Robots+ or Extra Playable Races. It is not balanced, cannot be used by non-player empires, and does not replace any default files.
A mod (short for "modification") is an alteration where someone, usually a player, changes some aspect (e.g. the way it looks or behaves) of a video game.
