Mastery of Life: Wonders in the Void Mod

Add-on for Mastery of Life: Where Paths Meet (v1.5.0)

FEATURES

The Wonders in the Void submod tweaks a couple vanilla megastructures and adds a new one.

Dyson Sphere

  • Removes construction limitations on Dyson Spheres and loosens placement restrictions
  • Dyson Spheres now produce exotic gases and volatile motes in addition to a higher energy output
  • Construction and restoration has been made more expensive

Matter Decompressor

  • Removes construction limitations on Matter Decompressors and loosens placement restrictions
  • Matter Decompressors now produce rare crystals and dark matter in addition to higher mineral extraction
  • Construction and restoration has been made more expensive

Penrose Sphere

  • Specialized variation of Dyson Sphere that is placed around a black hole rather than a star
  • Dyson Sphere and Matter Decompressor techs are prerequisites for Penrose Sphere tech
  • Penrose Spheres produce enormous amounts of energy, minerals, and a decent amount of dark matter
  • Construction and restoration is very expensive

COMPATIBILITY

Game/DLC Requirements

  • Stellaris must be updated to v2.7.*
  • As a submod, Mastery of Life: Wonders in the Void is dependent on its base mod
  • The Utopia DLC is required directly by this submod as well as its base mod
  • This submod specifically requires the MegaCorp DLC as well

Other Mods

  • The new system of a base mod with submods for non-core features is meant to maximize compatibility
  • Mastery of Life overwrites Species Archetypes and the vanilla Ascension Paths
  • The Wonders in the Void submod will conflict with any other edits of Dyson Spheres or Matter Decompressors

What is Stellaris mods?

A mod (short for "modification") is an alteration where someone, usually a player, changes some aspect (e.g. the way it looks or behaves) of a video game. Mods may range from small changes and simple tweaks to completely new games made within a video game. Games running on a personal computer are often designed with change in mind, allowing modern PC games to be modified by gamers without much difficulty. Don't wait and try Stellaris mods right now.
