Prevent player’s empire name change (with AI) Stellaris Mod

Prevent player’s empire name change (with AI) Stellaris Mod

for a version of the mod that doesnot bother with AI’s empire name changing.

When you upgrade your government to its advanced form, the game automatically changes your empire name. My mod solved this issue which might break your immersion.

Both your empire name and ship prefix will not be changed when you change your government type, no matter you upgrade, downgrade or switch to different type.

AI empire’s name( and ship prefix) only remain unchanged when they change their government to advanced forms. Since they never downgrade, there’s no problem with that.

Only works for vanilla governments.

Compatibility:
commonrandom_names0_empire_names.txt is replaced
(which is the only thing my mod does

Enjoy.

What is Stellaris mods?

A mod (short for "modification") is an alteration where someone, usually a player, changes some aspect (e.g. the way it looks or behaves) of a video game. Mods may range from small changes and simple tweaks to completely new games made within a video game. Games running on a personal computer are often designed with change in mind, allowing modern PC games to be modified by gamers without much difficulty.
