Resort, Thrall and Penal World Overhaul!

I expanded “Resort World Overhaul” concept for other special colonies. Yes, Thrall and Penal Worlds are overhauled also!

1: Resort World
In vanilla, you can assign some hell-to-live planet as a resort and forget.
Are you satisfied with it? Doesn’t want to grow the resort a little better?

If you are interested in better resort and its growing, try this overhaul mod.
Plan what planet to assign as resort. Shiver with envy at news other countries assign resort in first. And make great your resort world in galaxy!

Main feature
– Change to resort planet condition. Its size doesn’t matter no longer, but lost +100% habitability bonus. And resort-valid districts and buildings (like Autochthon Monument) won’t block.
– A new job named “Resort Visitor”, rather than resort planet modifier, provides amenities bonus and immigrant pull bonus. Grown resort planets (has many Resort Visitors) has stronger bonus than vanilla resort worlds.
– Events on upgrading your resort world, and assignation resort worlds in other countries.
– AI empires can build resorts.
– Resort world on habitats. District slots will be filled by filler blocker, so you can’t build districts. That said, resort-valid districts (Like Leisure Districts) can be built by decision.
– Decisions to add or remove “Atmospheric Aphrodisiac” planet modifier.
– 40-Pop resort capital.

2: Thrall World
Vanilla one is good for xeno-slavers, but overgrown slaves tend to drag your country as produce-almost-nothing Toilers. “Stopping slavery solves their suffering and your low-productivity issue”? It is right but not-want-to-hear thing…

Main feature
– If the owner country has slaver civic (like Slage Guild), non-slave (but could be a slave) species can grow on the Thrall World. And a half job slot of Overseer is changed to Clerk.
– Change to resort planet condition. Its size doesn’t matter no longer. And thrall-valid districts and buildings (like Mining Districts) won’t block.
– Events on upgrading your thrall world, and assignation thrall worlds in other countries.
– AI empires can build thrall worlds.
– Thrall world on habitats. District slots will be filled by filler blocker, so you can’t build districts. That said, resort-valid districts (Like Mining Districts) can be built by decision.
– Auto shipping event, send Toiler Pop to other worlds with some job slots.
– 40-Pop thrall capital.

3: Penal World
Honesty, I am aflaiding any Penal World change couldn’t be “overhaul” without crime-overhaul mod (like “”). Vanilla crime is just little matter.

Main feature
– Change to resort planet condition. Its size doesn’t matter no longer. And habitats is valid.
– A new job named “Convict”. Unemployed pop on penal world will have it like Toiler on thrall world. They manufacture consumer-goods (like Artisans) but have low happiness and increase Crime.
– Anti-goverment ethic can be declear as a thoughtcrime, decrease its Attraction on non-penal worlds (but it and Crime are increased on penal world and target factions will be displeased).
– Events on assigning your penal world, and assignation penal worlds in other countries.
– AI empires can build penal worlds.
– Auto shipping event, send Criminal Pop to your penal world.

Mod compatibility
– Built-in compatibility with “”. You can assign planetary habitats as a resort.
– Work with “”. Some planets likely to have certain districts, can be built on a resort planet (DO2 feature, not mine). For example, Tropical, Forest, Tepui or Mangrove world likely to have Nature Reserve districts. And Tepui, Atoll or Snow world likely to have Tourism districts. resort-valid districts (like Nature Reserve district) won’t block resort assignation.
– Work with “”. On capacity calculation, resort habitat blockers are treated as “free districts”.
– Work with “” and its update patch “”. The Ambassador announce about resort world in the splinter colony.
– Built-in compatibility with “”. The faction will be displeased like Progressive faction.
