Steampunk City Set Mod

Just a little side project of mine.
I’ve made this set with no particular portrait set in mind so I just release it seperately.
If i happen do make more standalone cities in the future I’ll probably change the title into something like “Noze’s Cities” or something, but for now, that’s the only one.

I’ts just a combination of the game’s pre-ftl and pre-industrial sets with a little bit of editing.

What is Stellaris mods?
