Description
This is a simple mod that adds four sections, for the Vanilla Fortress, that support X Weapon Types. Images are of the Vanilla Fortress, power module on the right is from Folk’s Ship Power Stations (highly recommended).

This mod changes the Firing Arc of all Vanilla XL Weapons so that they will function on a station. This means they are changed for ships as well, thus ship mounted XL Weapons will fire more regularly and in all directions, similar to all other types of weapons. Honestly this doesn’t bother me from a balance perspective as there really wasn’t much reason to have them limited in the first place. Now you actually have a chance against swarms and all that.

Known Issues
None at this time.

Compatibility
This mod only affects the Vanilla Fortress. Sections won’t be available on other vanilla stations, or on any stations added from a mod. This should work with all other mods that don’t alter/change the Vanilla Fortress or XL Weapons.
