This mod contains the defines changes that used to be part of Galactic Community Expanded. Specifically, it overwrites the following defines:
RESOLUTION_VOTE_TIMER = 100
CHANGE_VOTE_COOLDOWN = 20
EMERGENCY_MEASURES_COOLDOWN = 360
CATEGORY_VOTE_COOLDOWN = 720
TYPE_VOTE_COOLDOWN = 720
VETO_COOLDOWN = 250
To make the community much faster.
