Hegemony for Everyone Mod
I didn’t really like how only Authoritarians were able to create Hegemony type federations, so I decided to make this mod!
Pretty straightforward. This mod removes the Ethics requirement for forming a Hegemony, so anyone can do it.
Should be compatible with any mod that doesn’t edit 00_federation_types
A mod (short for "modification") is an alteration where someone, usually a player, changes some aspect (e.g. the way it looks or behaves) of a video game.
