Fallen Empire Attitude Fix Mod

Simple mod that fixes the attitudes of fallen empires.

Currently fallen empire attitudes* are broken and are based off of the opinion of the other empire towards them, instead of their opinion towards that empire. This means that, for example, if your opinion of a fallen empire is -200, they’d be angery at you, even if they have +200 opinion of you.

* actually all empires are, but this mod only fixes opinions for fallen empires, as for default empires, it would be quite a bit more complicated to fix and even then there’d likely be problems.

This was part of another (currently not released on the workshop) mod, and I decided to make it a standalone mod after Paradox didn’t fix the bug in 2.7

NOT achievement compatible.
