Lower Demotion Time (2.7.*) Mod

Isn’t it bad and completely outrageous, if your Rulers take a whopping 3600 days to lower their stratum and Specialists also whole 1800 days?
Not anymore! This mod will help you with that issue.
Rulers now demote in only 500 days and Specialists in even 250 days!
