“Megaengineer” Jobs, that increase Megastructure construction speed and provide some engineering research.

And the “Mega-Engineer Office”**, which increases planet build speed by 10% and provides 2 Megaengineers.

Unlocked from Mega-Engineering technology, if that wasn’t.. obvious enough.

Suggested: Use alongside mods that add megastructures.
