!SD’s Select 3 Ruler Traits (Patch) For Stellaris

One of the mods I use gives starting rulers 3 traits (fox leadership maybe?), which is nice. The 1.5 compatible (vanilla focused) Sxvz‘s Selectable Starting Ruler Traits mod is great, but only gives you two traits. This is a very, very crude patchmod that ups that to 3. It requires the original mod!
