This small ‘mod’ (if you can even call it that) gives you the ability to spend 99 points on your empire’s traits.

Once you’ve started your game, you’ll get an event after you press ‘Begin’, where you can choose if you want the AI to have the bonus traits.

Known issues: Certain AI’s that are created thru events still get the bonus traits. (Titanic life, underground civilization)

What is Stellaris mods?

A mod (short for "modification") is an alteration where someone, usually a player, changes some aspect (e.g. the way it looks or behaves) of a video game.
