!Voidborn Dyson Swarm Mod
Changes to be unlocked through the voidborn ascension perk instead of the tech (and removes the technology from the tech-pool). This pushes dyson swarms into the midgame and makes the AI spam it less (since it is no longer the only megastructure that can be built earlygame). Previosly know as “!Less Accessable Dyson Swarm”
