Not All Crime is Corporate

  • De-couples the Criminal Heritage civic from the Corporate authority.
  • Changes game rules allowing criminals and corporations to build branch offices on each other’s worlds.
  • Overhauls the Precinct House and Hall of Judgement to provide a worker-strata Security Guard job as well as Enforcer jobs.
  • Adds a new Law Enforcement policy, with one option providing a new Marshall job.
  • Adds a new Law Enforcer trait for Droids.
  • AI worlds with criminal operations will use the Crime Lord Deal decision.
