For Stellaris 3.0

This mod now adds:
– 5 civics
– 4 ascension perks

Heavily inspired by the Original Empire from Ancient Cache of Technologies: Sins of the Fallen Empires. The civics and ascension perks are supposed to be overpowered. They are less overpowered than the standard OE stuff (go figure :P).

This is meant as an add-on for Godly Traits Redux:

It can be used independently as well!

What is Stellaris mods?
