Added a special starting system. Player’s empire will start from an isolated cluster like l-cluster, this cluster is inaccessible without jumpdrive or a special stargate.
Special origins like “Shattered Ring†and “Void Dwellers†have alternative origins “Isolated Ringworld†and “Isolated Dwellersâ€, they have no difference from their common versions except allow player starting in an isolated cluster.
