I got tired of all of the other flag color mods, so I wrote a short Java program that spat out 2,028 lines of Stellaris color code and made my own color mod.

Features
Adds 2,028 colors for use in the Empire Creation screen.
Adds OVER NINE THOUSAAAND new randomizable combos for the AI to use when creating its flags. Every Spectra color has an even chance of being selected as a primary color.
Still has the original Stellaris colors for savegame compatibility.
Achievement compatible! I made sure myself!
1.6 compatible
Known Issues
Incompatible with mods that edit the Empire Flag section of customize_species_editors.gui. It is compatible with Dark UI and UI Overhaul 1080p.
