Starnet for ESC

This is a compatibility patch for my AI mod, , and .

The only thing this mod does is includes ESC resources into starnet economic plans (so probably AI will use those resources).

This mod should be used only if you are using ESC and Starnet, do not use this mod without ESC and do not use this mod without starnet.

For this mod to work it needs to be below Starnet and ESC in the load order.

Load order should be:

1. Starnet.
2. ESC.
3. This mod.

If you are using NSC2 as well, this patch needs to be below the Starnet-NSC2 patch.
