Need I say more? The new backgrounds, especially their underlying mechanic is great for mod makers, but the actual graphics of the new backgrounds (and the star lighting) always seemed too “in my face”. No more! Now all of you that liked the vanilla teal/greenish blue star background can have it back with this little mod.
Not only that, but it also reverts back to the old vanilla lighting model start emit upon other planets/ships stations etc. A more personal flavor mod to be honest, just thought I’d share it with anyone who’d like the old “cold space” feeling.
