Interstellar Black Holes

I love the movie Interstellar, it inspired me a lot the first time I saw it and really was one of the things that kick-started my love of Sci-fi, as well as being the main reason I find space interesting generally.

Because of this, I was always kinda disappointed about how the black holes looked in Stellaris, they didn’t look nearly as cool (or realistic) as the one in Interstellar, just kinda dead and boring.

So I bring to you, this mod – the mod that changes that. Say goodbye to grey, lifeless and dead black holes… And say hello to the all new bright, fiery and demonic all consuming stellar zombies that they really are!

Compatibility

  • Ironman/Achievement compatible
  • Save game compatible
  • (Should be?) Multiplayer compatible, but I haven’t had chance to test it yet
  • Also should be compatible with any mod that doesn’t alter the gfx of black holes
