TRAITS REDUX adds 16 new Species Traits and 15 new Ruler Traits to Stellaris and allows you to select your starting ruler’s traits. Many thanks to Naselus on the Paradox Forums for talking me through the corrections!

*Fanatical Warriors: Ship Fire Rate +10%; Garrison Health +200%; Fortification +100%; CANNOT RETREAT FROM BATTLE.
*Craven: Garrison Health -50%; Planetary Fortification -50%
*Natural Pioneers: Colony Ship cost -25%; Colony development speed +10%
*Natural Shipwrights: Ship build cost -10%; Ships regenerate 5% health per month

*Ruthless: A leader who will stop at nothing to get their way.

*Megalomaniac: This leader is obsessed with visions of personal grandeur and self-superiority.

*Heavy Handed: This leader is known for being cruel to dissidents and harsh towards failure.

*Spendthrift: This leader is known for extravagance and lavish spending.

*Micromanager: This leader is known for interfering, not delegating.

*Scandal Magnet: This leader’s many scandals eat up a great deal of political capital.

The cost of all warships are reduced by 10%
*Army Veteran: This ruler served for an extended period in the army and understands how it operates.
