This mod has been COMPLETELY REVAMPED to be compatible with version 1.2.1 and to allow greater control for the players, which was the original intent of the mod.

In the older version of the mod, the changes were instanteous and you had no real option. NOW, you can inact edicts for your empire for some of the MAJOR changes to the game.

Here are the following MAJOR gameplay changes that Unlimited Potential offers through EDICTS:

– # of Core Sector Planets
– 500
– 200
– 100
– # of Leaders
– 500
– 200
– 100
– # of Embassies Allowed to 100
– # of Rivalries Allowed to 100

MINOR Changes:

– Change the base “Energy” and “Minerals” from 0 to 5
– Change the base “Influence” from 3 to 5
– “Leader” pool of available leaders increased from 3 to 5
– # of years a set policy cannot be changed decreased from 10 to 5
– # of days that “Debris” can be researched decreased from 1800 to 1500
– Tech bonus programs from “Debris” researched increased from 0.10 to 0.25
– # of tech alternatives increased from 3 to 5
– Other minor changes
