MaxRavenclaw’s 8 Extra Ascension Slots for Stellaris

A simple mod which adds 8 extra ascension trait slots and a repeatable tech to get them.

His added only 4 extra slots, which is a lot, but not enough for my vision of an empire that makes even the FE of the galaxy pale in comparison. Made it for myself, but uploaded so that others can enjoy as well.
