Castled’s Frontier Outposts For for Stellaris

Basically all this mod does is reduce the influence cost of Frontier Outposts each month from 1 to .25.

I don’t like how much influence Frontier Outposts eat up, but I also don’t want them to have no consequences. There needs to be some penalty to influence, or else it’d be to easy to expand one’s territory.

Maybe in the future I’ll think up of a better system for Frontier Outposts that doesn’t require influence.
