Allows decisions dedicate uninhabited planets to Gods of the Roman pantheon. Requires unique uninhabited worlds, for unique empire bonuses

Imperial Senate
Replace some administrator jobs with Senators. Can construct Senate Houses to add additional Senators.Senators are ruler class pops that turn energy into admin cap and stability.

Legionary Tradition
May recruit Legions. Can construct Neo-Coliseums to provide Gladiator Jobs. Gladiators are slaves that provide amenities, naval cap, and defense armies

Architectural Prowess
+5% Trade Value, +25% Megastructure Build Speed, -10% Building and District Upkeep
