Just More Empires [UPDATED] 2.7.x Mod

This is the updated edition of Just More Empires (Expanded).
I did not create this mod. The original authors are Blackfyre and EdFromEarth. I just updated it to 2.7.x and added content from Ethics and Civics Alternative for more diversity.
IMPORTANT:
The following mods are required (If you are missing one of them, some empires won´t appear):
- Just More Flags (Achievement Compatible)
- Just More Traits
- LJust Name Lists
- Diverse Rooms
- Planetary Diversity
- Ethics and Civics Alternative
Compatibility:
If you are using UI Overhaul Dynamic, you are going to need this patch:
Since this mod only adds new empires, it should be compatible with almost every mod.
