This is simple UI tweak to allow high digit numbers of districts to show up. (More than four.)

The square icons haven’t been edited yet. I might make those smaller. Only the numbered districts well be shown correctly right now. If the district number goes over 36 for the iconed districts they will not be shown.

This is needed as all UIs can not show more than four digits. It will overflow.
