AUTO-POP RESETTLEMENT (NO DEMOTION TIMES & IMMEDIATE GTOS EDICT) Mod

AUTO-POP RESETTLEMENT (NO DEMOTION TIMES & IMMEDIATE GTOS EDICT) Mod

This overwrites pop_categories/00_social classes.txt

All this mod does is:
1. comment-out (disable) pop demotion times &
2. make the Greater Than Ourselves (GTOS) edict available from game-start (2200.01.01) for all nations.

This means all pops will demote immediately/on-next-day to the worker-stratum when unemployed. This is great alongside the GTOS edict, which will move unemployed workers to where they’re actually needed.

The GTOS edict now also
* is unlocked from day 1 (does not need GC) for all nations,
* costs 1 influence to activate & runs for forever at no extra cost.
* consumes 0 edict cap (so you can always run it),
* and has a weight of 500 for AIs (so they’ll almost always activate it in the first month of play – as most high-priority edicts have a weight of only 100 for AIs).

Enabling this edict will make your unemployed pops automatically move to jobs as they become available. It will also make AI economies a little more efficient, too, as their unemployed pops will also quickly move to find jobs.

Because this uses the Paradox code-based GTOS edict, instead of custom scripts, it is has nearly no additional performance hit.

Not achievement compatible.
