Color coded pop status icons (Color Blind) for Stellaris

Simple little mod. Just adds color coded pop status icons that are easier to differentiate. Designed for the color-blind.
Optimized for Protanopia and Deuteranopia types of color-blindess. Other types of colorblindess may find the non-colorblind version preferable.

Compatible with achievements in Iron Man mode.

Each icon color represents:
Cyan = Pop Migrating
Purple = Pop Enslaved
Grey/Skull = Pop Purging
Yellow = Pop Not Working
Grey/Bindle = Pop Displaced
