Less Restrictive Ringworld Placement for Stellaris

This Mod allows you to build Ringworlds in Systems that have habitable Planets. I kept all the other restrictions and you cant build a Ringworld in a System that has a Habitat or a colonized Planet.

You do NOT have the permission to use ANY of my work to make your own Mods. Please ask first. Thanks ????
Compatibility:
Will not probably not work with other Mods that modify Ringworlds.
Compatible with Real Space.
