-You can freely switch to this or the non lite version at any given time, but remember, ONLY the reinforcements will have the new value.
–For ex: If the awakened FE empire got a 15m reinforcement fleet, then you switched here, once they got a new reinforcement ship, it will be 7.5m Fleet.
