6 Trait Picks 3 Trait Points Updated Stellaris

Edits the Empire Customization Traits to 6 trait picks and 3 trait points.

The base game has 4 trait picks and 2 trait points. I think this is a bit too limited for a truly custom empire.

The AI empires are also able to benefit from this, so it is not a straight up buff to the player.

Works very well with all the additional trait mods that are out there.

This is an updated mod that was originally created by Kotoro.
