Barren Terraforming Fix Stellaris
In vanilla, the red barren planets that look like Mars can be terraformed if they have the Terraforming Candidate modifier, but the button doesn’t appear on the blue ones (since they are a different planet class: pc_barren_cold).
This mod allows cold barren planets to be terraformed.
