Expanded Leader Options For Stellaris

Just a little modification to how the game’s Leader Pool functions in the game.

Compatibility
The Trait Codex
Gigantic Galaxies (2250)
Improved Space Battles [All of them] Ethics and Government Rebuild

Modifications:
Leader Pool Size increased to 30 (more leaders available to choose from in the active pool)
Leader Cost decreased to 25 Influence per leader (accompanies more leader choices)
Maximum Leaders increased to 15 per player (synergizes well with the low Influence cost + more leaders in active pool)
