Auto Survey / Exploration for Stellaris

This is a very simple mod that will create a event to give you the auto exploration / survey technology.

The event will fire after you unpause the game in the first day or after load a saved game.

############# Attention #############################

Due to some changes in 1.5.0 update, there is no more a event saying that the tech was researched, it’s already researched from the begning of the game…. it’s a starting tech now, just go to your science ship and you will see the correct button enabled, it’s 1.5.1 compatible already.
