Blood Elf Namelist Mod

Intended to go with my Blood Elf appearance edit for the Space Elf portraits. Featuring neary 200 names for each gender taken directly from WoW, and an additional 200 lore-friendly surnames based on reasonable translations.

Surnames are in mostly-accurate Thalassian, rather than english, but are still made up to two nouns. If people are sufficently interested, I can upload a version using english noun surnames instead.

What is Stellaris mods?
