Fixed Origins for Randomized Empires

Fixed Origins for Randomized Empires

About:

This mod allows following origins to appear when player starts the game by choosing Random Empire, in addition to currently working ones:

– Life-Seeded
– Void-dwellers
– Galactic Doorstep
– On the Shoulder of Giants
– Common Ground
– Hegemon
– Doomsday
– Lost Colony
– Scion

The fix itself adds following scripts to all usable origins in the file “/common/governments/civics/00_origins.txt”:

advanced_start = yes

“Fixed Origins for Randomized Empires” is not currently compatible with achievements. If you notice any issues or bugs using the mod, feel free to let me know!

Current issues:

Calamitous Birth does not appear on a random roll, as the original script skips any origin it is applied to:

possible = { species = { value = <key> } }
