Gowps’s Flags and Backgrounds Mod

This mod adds an assortment of different Flag Backgrounds and Empire Emblems.

This includes: White versions of every vanilla emblem, 25 New emblems, just in white for the time being, and also some content from as the author has stepped back from modding until further notice.

All new emblems can be seen above.

27 new flag backgrounds are also added, all of which can be seen in the various previews above.

UI Overhaul is currently marked as required, as the latest Stellaris Updates have broken scroll bars in various parts of the game. This mod will still work without it, you just will not be able to view and select all of the flags and backgrounds due to this.
