Kemono Friends Species Extend Stellaris for Stellaris

Upgaded to 1.5.1 now.

Add one species containing 40 popular characters from Kemono Friends the animation.

This species will replace one of the humanoid portraits, because this is the only way I know to make this mod support ironman achievements.

Also add a flag and a room background of Japari Park.
