Small mod I made for myself. But sharing is loving, right?

Quite simple, it raises the resource transfer to sectors from 100 to 750 per click.
I made it as I got bored of the click fest in late game, regarding this issue.
500 seemed to low for late game, 1000 too high for early game. So 750.
