More Ascension Perks for Traditions+ Patch Mod

This is a modified version of my More Ascension Perks for Traditions+ mod that works with the standalone patch made by dangerouslytexan and krahe.

Increases the number of Ascension Perks you can get when using the Traditions+ Mod to 40.
You will get 17 APs from the traditions themselves, 1 from Ascension Theory, and 22 from a repeatable that is unlocked after researching Ascension Theory.
