Neutral Zone (2.8.1) Mod

Neutral Zone (2.8.1) Mod

Got border friction you don’t want?
It’s time to make a Neutral Zone!

To create a Neutral Zone:

1- Click into a system you own with no colonies, that is:
A- Neighbouring a system owned by a foreign empire, OR
B- That is neighbouring a system already in an NZ.

2- Click on the system’s star. Click Decisions.

3- This decision here, use that.

4- Ding. The system will now be part of a Neutral Zone.

System ownership and restrictions:

Any system in a Neutral Zone is owned by a special empire that cannot be aggroed or negotiated with by anyone. It’s a dummy country. Most importantly, no-one can claim systems that are in a Neutral Zone. You and the AI can still fly ships into, out of and through Neutral Zones.

To dismantle Neutral Zone systems and return ownership to you:

Click on the star of a neighbouring system of the system in an NZ, that you own. Click Decisions.

That decision there, use that.

Mods may range from small changes and simple tweaks to completely new games made within a video game. Games running on a personal computer are often designed with change in mind, allowing modern PC games to be modified by gamers without much difficulty.
