Saturn’s Reworked Habitability for Planetary Diversity Mod

Saturn’s Reworked Habitability for Planetary Diversity Mod

This mod aims to rework the habitability system of Stellaris to a grid system entirely based on proximity or lack thereof. The vanilla “Dry/Wet/Cold” system is ignored. This mod serves as an alternate choice to Gatekeeper’s take on a reworked habitability system for his own Stellaris mod, which I highly recommend if you want to keep the vanilla balance. I myself, however, don’t like the vanilla habitability system, so I made this.

This only works with

DO NOT use this mod simultaneously with Gatekeeper’s “Planetary Diversity – Reworked Habitability.”

They are both different takes on the same concept and will not work together.

As it stands, I haven’t noticed any issues in my own games. Should be fully compatible with all mods compatible with the base Planetary Diversity mod and its submods, except for Gatekeeper’s own Reworked Habitability mod. Please put bug reports in the Discussions tab.

What is Stellaris mods?

A mod (short for "modification") is an alteration where someone, usually a player, changes some aspect (e.g. the way it looks or behaves) of a video game. Mods may range from small changes and simple tweaks to completely new games made within a video game. Games running on a personal computer are often designed with change in mind, allowing modern PC games to be modified by gamers without much difficulty. Don't wait and try Stellaris mods right now.
