It never made sense to me why only those with the egalitarian trait could give their citizens a Utopian style of living. This mod allows every empire the chance to give their citizens a Utopian level of living standards.

Compatability:
Should work with mods that do not change the requirment of Utopian living standards.

What is Stellaris mods?
